These have ONE large breast joint and ONE ex-large leg in each box, for those who like a little bit of both. Simply defrost in the fridge for 48 hours and then follow the cooking instructions enclosed.
 
Small - feeds 4/6 people - Typically 800g - 1.2kg of breast meat.
Medium - feeds 6/8 people - Typically 1.3kg - 1.8kg of breast meat
Turkey Leg will weigh appox. 1kg
 
These will  be available to collect at the farm in Strathdon via prior arrangement.
